He looks like he is suffering from facial paralysis. I wonder if this is a recent development due to the stresses he is facing try to steer this cult through its most turbulent times of public exposure. Maybe he spent too much time at his new home location in Warwick while they were doing a major clean up of chemical contaminates namely PCB maybe got bit by a mosquito who was a larvae in a heavily contaminated area of their newly purchased property or accidentally got some PCB rubbed on him or it just could be from examining so many properties that are offered on the market cheap because they have issue with contamination that the GB seem to be in the market for buying then restoring so they can build on it in some type free labor scheme.

Using Governing Body Member Jackson Testimony To The Royal Commission, For A Defense Before A Judicial Committee Meeting
by Brokeback Watchtower ini think that a person that is called before a judicial committee can use a recording of the trial and force the elder to view it because of jackson's statement to the commission and get off.
i think mr jackson has said enough about people who wish to leave the witnesses as not being harassed, hunted down, or spied upon and such to get the elder off your back and give them a "good witness".. also to be highlighted is the fact that jackson has stated under oath that the governing body is willing to reexamine doctrine and policy in order to conform to the law,.
i think many statements by gb jackson to the commission can be used by some one clever and thus escape the label of apostate and be unhindered to a large extent of speaking to others.. .

SSC,
You bring it in as evidence with your lawyer in tow.
Phizzzy,
Great idea! That ought to bust up God's channel presumption as well in time not to mention the GB playing GOD by being Guardians Of Doctrine.

Well that kind of nullifies Ephesian something or other about "become imitators of God as beloved children and go on walking in love or something like that. Certainly God's threatening behavior towards those that don't obey him completely would be out of the category falling under "love".
May a more accurate phrase might be" Become imitators of God as if you were his brats and become bullies, braggarts, murders, jealous and prone to sudden out burst of uncontrollable rage.

regarding Jacksons testimony.
by umbertoecho inhas anyone here re-watched that last day?
the part where justice mcclellan is asking mr jackson if he feels that this royal commission is a sincere effort to make some good changes in policy...?.
and does mr jackson feel it would be worth it to put a collective effort, along with other organizations to compensate or find means of redress, for the victims of child sexual abuse?.

His testimony was delusional most of the time especially when he mentioned he believes we are in the last days approaching armegeddon. He looked like a real fruit cake to the courts trying to explain what a foretold Faithful and Discreet Slave was and how they get all this authority over people's lives.
Delusional trying to appear sane to the other side who are worldly and doomed to destruction by corporate Jehovah taste for blood.

Also if still called before a Judicial committee after doing some of the above then next do not cave into them or their methods and do not agree to honor their no recording allowed request and demand to have it recorded perhaps by someone hired by you to do a good job so you can use it in a court of lawsuits, internet exposure, and such.
also demand your right to have your own lawyer or legal council present to represent your interest at this trial as hokey and kangarooey as it is. Surely denial of such a request puts them squarely on the horns of a delema.
I say some where in this process they are going to back down unless they are totally utter fools.

Do you have any recording devices? Question at JW Judicial Committee. Can we use this weapon against them?
by Brokeback Watchtower inwhat labels the watchtower judicial system as a completely kangaroo court is the secrecy in which they take place.
i was asked this question by 5 elders who sat as judges over me over the charges get this "speaking against the organization" this was truly the most kangarooie of the kangaroo courts ever.
when they first invited me to this meeting by 2 elder at my place of work i asked them what the charges were and was told speaking against the organization to which i said right the charges down on a piece of paper and sign it to which they refused.

They would get in touch with headquarters service, and legal department to advise them of their next course of action to these brain dead dummies, with these circumstances now in play which will probably be: not to proceed any further attempt to bring this person to trial. Why because they fear a set up for further legal action and so will drop all investigative proceedings, if they don't these guys are dumber than I give them credit for. -

When they first invited me to this meeting by 2 elder at my place of work I asked them what the charges were and was told speaking against the organization to which I said right the charges down on a piece of paper and sign it to which they refused. They were the most cowdardly Judges I ever met, I asked them for my lawyer to attend, to which they said he would not be allowed.
And then top that off with they asked me the above question 5 elders against little ole me the card were stacked against resistance was futile so that I was disfellowshipped for speaking against the organization I asked for an appeal within the alloted time and was granted one with 3 more crooked judges than the first batch so the verdict was obvious and the whole trial a sham.
So what would happen if a person refuse to attend judicial hearing without a lawyer or legal council and have it recorded?

I'm sure that if you use specific clips of the inquirey and make sure that you tell them(the elders) that you will be emailing the Royal Commission to tell them if Mr Jacksons statements are true about faders and those that wish to leave the Organization without being shunned or labelled an evil doer by the corporation.
Anyway I think it is a good way for someone who wants to leave at all cost and is willing to test this out for those that will come after him, hey even video record it and and edit it with some clips of Jackson's testitmony and put it on Youtube for all to see.

Mr Jackson said that the Governing Body has apologized in the past and so that we can expect they will apologized when they have been proven wrong on some policy issue and that he had no negative feelings about what the commission was trying to do in protecting the children so we can not blame Satan on this one.
I think this statement that the Governing Body will apologize needs to be also brought to the for to show these elders so that they can rethink their strategy and perhaps call headquarters for advice after viewing the video clips of Jackson's testimony.
